-listen to music, have a dance around your room
-look through old photos/videos of good memories
-have a cigarette
-go out for a walk
-see if any of your family needs anything from the shops or other errands
-imagine different peoples reactions when you finally reach your goal weight
-remember the feeling of seeing your body in a mirror and feeling on the verge of a panic attack
-imagine yourself in sexy lingerie with your future body
-make a list of reasons you want to lose weight, and read it back if you feel like giving up
-clean your room
-plan your future
-stalk someones instagram
-do some crunches
-wait 15 mins, and then see if you still feel like eating
-drink a BIG glass of water
Just remember, you’re not hungry, you just like the taste of food.
Only you can be in control and make this happen.
